TranQool Website & Marketing
TranQool connects clients with therapists and allows them to have sessions online via secure video.
Many people are reluctant to reach out for help due to the stigma around mental illness. With the design, TranQool wanted to stay away from a clinical feel and instead create a welcoming atmosphere.

Illustrations & colours
In order to capture the welcoming atmosphere TranQool was looking for, as well as the key value of the service, I created imagery themed around the comfort of home. I selected calm greens and blues as the main colours, with pink and orange to add warm and highlight action points.
Website Homepage
Landing Area
The iPad character on the armchair suggests that users can do their therapy sessions from their choice of device, from home.
How it works
iPad characters are used throughout the site to help illustrate how the technology works in a friendly way.
The Therapists
The only use of photography on the site are the profile images of the therapists. Showing them helps emphasize that users will be talking to real therapists!
Paper Texture
Paper textures add a little depth and warmth to the flat illustration style.
Ads & Banners
I created numerous designs for use at events, and as Facebook ads. These ads appealed to potential users experiencing different mental illnesses with the offer of help via the platform.
